Meats
Meats are our specialty. We offer an 80/80 guarantee, meaning at least 80% of our meat products are sourced from our own family bison ranch and other farms and ranches located within 80 miles of our store.
Where possible, we support regenerative farms and ranches who care as much about their land and ecosystem as they do about the animals they care for.

Poultry
We are blessed to offer Silver Spring Farming poultry to our customers.
Silver Spring poultry are humanely raised, free-run, hormone, steroid & antibiotic free,
and are not fed corn or soy in their ration.
We offer a full range of cuts, as well as whole birds, bulk 10lb boxes
and their deliciously rich eggs.
For fresh, free-run turkeys at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, please drop in
or call 403-864-4040 to be added to our pre-order lists.
We periodically have goose and duck from Silver Spring as well, but quantities are very limited,
so if you've got a special meal planned, call as soon as possible!
We also offer Bowden Farm Fresh Chicken in 10lb boxes of breast.
