The Ranch Gate Market can offer a limited wild game processing service.  We do not currently have the cooler space to hang game, but can take de-boned game meat for further processing.  You have a choice of vacuum packaging or traditional butcher paper wrap.

We make a range of sausages, smokies, jerky and bites etc.  We can offer blends with either beef or pork at reasonable prices.
